On June 16, 2019, Richmonde Hotel Iloilo’s The Granary restaurant, is throwing a Filipino food festival just for dad! The Father’s Day Fiesta Dinner Buffet is filled with all-time favorite Pinoy fare and is sure to be a memorable family celebration in his honor.
Not only can dads enjoy the familiar taste of home, but he also will enjoy bottomless Heineken draft beer.
The feast includes starters like Kilawin, Poached Shrimp and Grilled Pineapple, Pinoy Salad, and Fresh Windowpane Oysters with Garlic-Vinegar Sauce.
Street food delicacies like chicharon baboy, chicken skin, chicharon bituka (intestine), and kropek are also included. And to compliment your meals, there’s also Pancit Molo and La Paz Batchoy soups cooked the Richmonde way.
Entrées and sidings include Stewed Duck in Coconut Vinegar, Kaldereta, Roasted Camote Herb, and Kalo-Kalo (fried rice) with Kalkag.
Fresh meats and seafood ready for grilling, plus special carvery items of salted crusted lapu-lapu, and braised chuck-eye complete the delightful selection of main dishes.
Favorite buffet mainstays, like the maki and sashimi items, assorted cheeses, dried fruits, and bread are still available at this feast. Luscious desserts like ginataang bilo-bilo, coffee jelly, avocado float, turones de langka sa hubad, and sapin-sapin with tablea topping provide a sweet ending to the day’s festivities.
The Father’s Day Dinner Buffet is available on June 16, 2019 from 6:00pm to 11:00pm and is priced at only PHP 1,500. Children aged 6 to 12 years old get 50% off on regular rates, while children aged 5 years old and below may eat for free.
