Executive Chef Vic Barangan and his kitchen team have prepared a collection of flavorsome dishes at great value for money to satisfy your lunch and dinner meals.
The newest collection of Chef’s Specials will feature quality entrée choices that come with a free soup of the day, artisan sourdough bread, sidings of broccoli florets, and a refreshing glass of lemon drop lychee iced tea.
The selection of main dishes include:
– Pan-Seared Chicken with Foyot Sauce for PHP 465.
– Grilled Steak in Béarnaise Sauce, Topped with Poached Egg for PHP 495.
– Poached Fish Fillet with Shrimp and White Wine Sauce for PHP 545.
