The critically acclaimed Wolfgang’s Steakhouse is now in the Philippines! Opened last February at Resorts World Manila in Pasay City, this renowned restaurant, which is one of New York’s best steakhouses, brings to the country its signature 100% dry-aged USDA Prime beef.
Wolfgang’s Steakhouse was conceptualized by Wolfgang Zwiener, who has become an icon himself after serving as head waiter at Peter Luger Steak House. With four decades of experience under his belt, he opened his first restaurant in 2004. Today, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse has nine branches across the United States, three in Japan, and one in South Korea. The Philippines is his latest venture.
The restaurant strictly uses only USDA Prime Quality Angus Beef, which is dry-aged in its own proprietary-designed aging room for 28 days on average. This process enhances the flavor and texture of the beef, making it more tender, juicier, and tastier.
Aside from its world-famous beef, the steakhouse also has other meat options like lamb and veal, as well as appetizers, salads, and desserts. Moreover, it boasts its own wine cellar that has a wide selection of wines from all over the world.
